Awesome day at the Great Barrier Reef

This tour was the highlight of our holiday. The staff were extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The boat was clean and spacious. There was so much to see and do at the Reefworld pontoon that there was never a dull moment. As soon a we got there, we went on the semi-sub, walked around, had lunch, changed to our swimsuits, did fish feeding, scuba diving and snorkeling then it was time to go. Went scuba diving for the first time and although a little nervous, the crew helped me the whole time feel at ease and ensured that I had a great time and got back safely. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Disappointing

Quite disapointed in the reef there. I paid an extra $200 more than with another snorkelling operator hoping to get the best of the reef experience. It was no better quality than the Hook Island trip. Save your money.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your Reef Adventure Mitch. Hardy Reef is a Mature Reef Platform with the best snorkelling being along the depths of the reef wall. We have many positive reviews regarding the quality of the snorkelling at the pontoon. Hook Island snorkelling is lovely however this is a completely different reef system.

Hands down, the best experience to do ever! From the ease of booking online, to the friendly, helpful staff on board the boat. The lnch was delicious & facilities A1. This was my first time snorkeling and loved it so much, that we decided to do scuba diving too. Such a beautiful part of the world, not to be missed. Definitely worth the money. This was a great way to celebrate mine and my husband's 20th wedding anniversary on 20.10.20 ❤
