Unbelievable height and fun zip lines we ever had- the team Sydney, Decardo, Shay, Shawn were a great team that made this 9 sections zip line tour enjoyable. We strongly recommend this tour.

Let's start with the positive. Location, waterfalls, and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The guides were Wendy, Kelly, and Kaiden on the 10am 25th of August tour. Wendy's leadership and how to adapt the course to the conditions was totally lacking. On line 4 they still had us cannonball into the breaks when they should of had us starfish earlier, but failed to teach anyone how to slow down. Many of the party of about 20 customers hit the breaks at very high speeds causing them to swing up and hit the cable with their helmets/heads. One boy got his ear nicked which caused Wendy to emotionally quite/breakdown. Kaiden was leading my family to the suspension bridge when Wendy yelled to everyone to stop because we were canceling the rest of the tour due to weather. Kaiden one of the guides looked shocked and hadn't been clued in earlier that the tour was being canceled. Canceling due to the weather was an obvious lie (do to inexperience) because Kaiden had told me they were open the day before during the sustained 30 mile per hour gusts which the 25th had mild wind with a light drizzle comparitively. They vaned us back after line 4 and made us wait 30 minutes to process very small refunds. The 9 zip line course is billed at just over $22 per zip which is a good deal, but their 4 zip line excursion bills at over $40 a zip and they locked everyone into that refund. 44% of the zips for 82% of the cost seemed like we all got ripped off. After the refund ended we went up to the waterfall and garden because Kaiden had recommended it during his funny van trip speach. The garden had multiple signs that it was closed though. Professionally the guides should leave out advertising the gardens if the facility doesn't want guests to go check them out. Lastly the legal forms should be send out after you pay for the experience not waiting until the day before your experience which causes a 15 min. rushed task on vacation to fill out the forms and provide a picture of your three negative Covid checkboxes. I have zipped 3 times in Hawaii and this has been my only negative experience. This experience is looking to hire more employees and based upon my experience many of their guides are fairly new. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

So much fun

This was definitely one of my favorite activities while in Hawaii. The scenery was amazing and being able to zip line over a waterfall is truly an experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. I felt safe the entire time.
