slobby mouth

I learned a lot, but i have to be honest it was hard to pay attention because our tour guide had white dried spit covering his whole mouth. He talked a bit too much and it made it hard to follow along, and if he would stop talking to take a breath he could wipe his mouth. i really liked it, but this is my honest review of what would make such a huge difference

We did the tour with 2 easily distracted teenagers and they loved it as much as we did. Mark was a great tour guide, explaining the history we were taught and the real stories behind what we learned. We were learning so much the time flew by. I would definitely recommend this tour. Great history.

It great to get facts that you wouldn’t get if you just walked the trail alone. The guide was fun and knowledgeable.

I think this would have been a great tour. However our tour guide seemed a bit nervous or a bit green. He struggled to remember names, and got tongue tied a bit. Think this would have been a much better tour with a different guide. We lost interest towards the end and left. Would have given 5 stars for a better tour guide! Love the history in Boston.

Best Tour Ever!

I could not recommend this tour more! Mark was our tour guide, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was immensely knowledgeable about the history along the Freedom Trail (and much more!), and he told it with enthusiasm and humor. He clearly loves history and made it come alive. He invited questions and could answer anything, even my after-tour question related to WWI. I appreciated that he was happy to stick around after the tour to chat. This tour was a great value, and if you're like me, you'll probably want to leave a tip, too. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will stand the whole time. We didn't stop for a restroom break (I think because that is still a little complicated with COVID), so keep that in mind.

Mark was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and funny at the same time. He made the tour very interesting. He even went over the time that was planned. He was very open to answer any questions. My husband and I really enjoyed this top notch tour!

We approach our tours like one-person shows: history is just stories that actually happened. Mark's a great storyteller. Thanks for the review.
