Money wasted, a lot of walking for nothing

The tour guide we had just had us walking around really not showing the highlights of Brooklyn, we saw neighborhoods, and old buildings that I’m sure no one know in any history. The only highlight was seeing the Brooklyn bridge at close distance and seeing the nearby parks. He was not well advised on what he should show tourist. I would have experience this better had I just drove around Brooklyn area MYSELF. DONT WASTE MONEY HEAR. DRIVE TO BROOKLYN BRIDGE NEARBY AND GET OUT AN SIGHTSEE URSELF

I guess it would be trip to the Apollo. Wish we could have gone on a tour inside. Tour guide Carlos was excellent. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. On stops he even offered to take pictures of those who wanted souvenirs. We were fortunate to have him on such a long tour.

Lovely, houses on streets that we would never have found ourselves filled with stories of historical and Literary figures from Brooklyn’s past. A walk down the promenade showed Manhattan from a whole, new perspective!

We didn't get a chance to walk the bridge, the walk was more about who lives where it seem like we were there to purchase a home. I wanted to walk on the Brooklyn bridge that we didn't get a chance to do. Granted we were late getting to our location where the tour started. I was not familiar with riding the subways and where to meet our tour guy. Two bad combination

We were a group of 8 and enjoyed a 2 hour tour through Brooklyn Downtown, DUMBO, the waterfront/new pier area, and Brooklyn Heights. Grateful our energetic, knowledgeable, and always smiling guide, Juan, was able to accommodate our timing for the 4th of July. Learned many historical and fun facts about Brooklyn! Would highly recommend this tour to see parts of the area you wouldn’t normally frequent.
