No one was there waiting for me . My ticket has a bar code for nothing cause they still names on paper and mine wasn’t there . After long waiting the guy pay fir a cab to bring me to hotel and now I have to deal with phone calls to get my money back and find someone else to trip back to airport

The coordinator was one hour late to pick me up, and would not pick up his phone. I called Viator to try to reach him, and was on hold for 25 minutes. It was a very upsetting experience. Once the coordinator finally arrived and took me to the driver, the driver was wonderful and very kind.

When we arrived they shook my party down for an extra $20, complaining that we were late. To the contrary, my plane landed on time. If clearing customs took us longer than they expected, that should have been built in to their initial price. They refused to honor the original price and I demanded more. For $50+ we could have gotten a taxi. I do not recommend this company.
