Looking for something to do in Cancun and this did not disappoint

You get 2 cycles of ATV. Our guide was fast which I liked. Very rocky terrain with wood bridges which was great for real ATVers! 6 ziplines which where not high at all tallest may have been 50ft. Didn't do horses but they have them. And of course the cenote which was more like a swimming hole but a refreshing and relaxing way to end a workout. The food was chicken fajitas the hot sauce was Fuego! Suggest taking some to go!!! BTW...they do make you purchase a locker for $5 if you are ziplining and buy insurance for $5/atv in addition to the cost of the package you select.

Horrible company

This company is horrible! I booked a reservation for my family received the confirmation and was so excited, the night before the excursion they sent an email that the excursion was booked up and 8 days to receive a refund, how unprofessional!!! We were not able to find another excursion due to the short notice never again! Do not book with them!!!

Hello Delisa, thank you for your comment, unfortunately, due to the high demand for our activity we ran out of available spaces. In your case, you made the reservation for your family one day before your travel date and there were several spaces that you requested for which you were offered to reschedule for the day after your travel day but you decided to opt for the refund and the refund was processed completely without penalties. It is a pity that you have not been able to attend our activity, hopefully, when you return to Mexico we can serve you, we always recommend reserving your activity several days in advance to avoid these uncomfortable situations.

Full of fun and selling

Miguel was our tour guide for the day. We noticed that there were a lot of groups coming in but they planned everything out to make sure that no two groups were doing the same thing at a time or waiting on another group to finish. The Cenota was very fun. I even zip lined into the Cenota. Miguel helped me get over my fear and just do it. Next, we did the zip lining. There were only 3 zip lining activities that were on their activity site. It didn’t give me the effect I got of zip lining in Costa Rica: scary and long zip lines; 8 of them in the jungle very high up. If it’s your first time zip lining then you should do it. Then, we did the ATV, it was very bumpy so hold on and it was fun. Note: you are not going to a special place to ATV. It is on their activity field. I do recommend it. There were only 2 tacos given and a water bottle after all the excursions. The tequila tasting was nice but it did turn into an advertisement for their tequila. They took pictures of everything you did and informed you not to bring your camera. If you know how to hold on to your camera bring it. If you don’t take pictures they will sell you what they took at the end of the excursion. I do recommend it.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Riding the ATVs and the interaction with the entire staff. Hands down was terrific. They kept it light and funny but kept instilling safety. The trip to the Cenote was a waste. It was run down, looked abandoned and the steps that lead to the water were unsafe. If you get the photo option, work on your smile before going, their photographer is good and catches everything.

This tour was real fun. From the cenote, zip lining to the Atv. Everyone at the extreme adventure park was really helpful, nice. They also have tequila testing. I recommended this to anyone that wanted to have a great adventure in Cancun.
