    Book direct, don’t use Viator. Waste of $ and time.

    The actual tour was great, Viators handling of it was horrible. The company called the evening before asking us join the tour 30 minutes early, then dropped us off an hour and 15 minutes before the start of the tour with nothing to do, and finally picked up 30 minutes after the tour was over. We spent an hour and 45 minutes waiting for no reason for a 90 minute tour. They also advertise it as a small group VIP tour. There were 40 people on the tour and the tour guide laughed when we explained what we were sold. His recommendation was book directly with AT&T stadium and cut-out Viator. Save yourself about $40 per ticket.

    Very disappointed. I paid $205 for TWO vip tours of At&T stadium. Had no idea I could have booked directly on Stadium sight for $65. We were dropped off 40 minutes before our tour started so we had to stand around and wait. We then had to wait over 1.5 hours to be picked up after the tour was over. The actual tour was 1.5 hours but the entire experience cost us 4.5 hours (1.5 hours of tour time, 40 minutes of drive time from where we met for our ride, and the rest wait time) Completely waisted our entire day and made us miss other plans we had. Not worth the $205 that was spent.

    The place was dirty!!! Bathroom shower was full of hair, toilet was disgusting!! There was only a quarter roll of paper. Bedding was dirty and not cleaned. It smelled like cigar when we arrived. Way below our minimum expectation!!! I have pics to prove.

    AT&T stadium tour was awesome! they really show you everything from seating to locker rooms. Driver pickup was very informative too on Areas of Dallas. Fun experience and worth the $!
