Zariah was very friendly and professional. She played great tunes while we road, which made it lots of fun. The equipment was comfortable and functional once she found a fully charged battery. The trike my husband was riding did have the battery fall out of its harness while he was riding, but it was not an issue. We pulled over and Zariah resecured it and we had no other issues. The only reason I gave the rating I did, was because we were not shown all the sights that were listed for this tour. The reason we chose this tour over the less expensive ebike tour was because it was supposed to cover 9 or more stops. The weather was overcast and the forecast called for rain but not for several hours after our tour was scheduled to end. Despite that, we were forced to return early after only seeing 3 or 4 stops. The rain never did start until several hours after our tour was supposed to end. We were also charged full price for our 15yo daughter when she was supposed to be charged as an add-on. Booking online there is the option to put your child's age, but it charged full price. I hope to get the refund within the few business days as we were told, but I have not even received an email confirmation of the adjustment yet. All in all, I was disappointed because after the tour we had to get in our car and complete the tour highlights on our own. It was too expensive for what we ultimately received.
