Paulie our bus driver/guide was an absolute delight from his in depth knowledge and love of the area to his witty Sense of humor and personality. The trip itself was very nice. Lots ot great scenery and the bus driver is very knowledgeable about the history of the places. But something I would like to mention was about the meal on the boat. We (4 of us) were charged $20 each on our prepaid invoice but upon sailing, our names were not on the list. So we end up not being given the 'lunch' which was supposed to be included in the amount we paid. NOW, I WANT TO ASK FOR A REFUND OF $80 (4 x 20), the amount we paid for the 'lunch' we never get.
Great tour, definitely recommend to visitors.

We were fortunate to have superb weather. The bus was very comfortable and our guide Paulie, imparted lots of history and geography of the area. A knowledgeable and interesting guide, with a great sense of humour, Paulie is a great asset to your company.
All the scenery was wonderful, plenty of opportunity to take photos.
The cruise was also great, We were lucky to see baby seals, and the staff were also very knowledgeable and attentive. Perfect timing.

I booked under viator and the operator was the AwesomeNZ. They literally live by that name. It was really AWESOME! We were coming from Queenstown and bus picked us up, the bus can also pick people from their hotels. Travel from Qtn to Milford sound was very long but you will not feel it coz our driver, Paulie, is very informative and he tells a lot of stories. All of his amazing adventures and his jokes were funny too🤣 Along the way, we stopped in every beautiful spots, took photos and even tried some fresh water👌
The Milford sound cruise was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Crews were amazing and the views were spectacular! Every cent is worth it and people should try this while in town😉

What a fantastic trip. From start to finish this trip was superb. What made it real special was having such a great tour guide. Dave Jackson your a legend! If your thinking of going, make sure you jump on board with Dave and experience one of the most beautiful trips ever. The scenery is stunning and the commentary along the way is fantastic.
