Lower Antelope was closed on Feb 21

Lower Antelope canyon was closed on February 21 and even your guys didn’t know that it was closed. We reached and then tour guys said it’s closed. They have not even refunded the money back for lower antelope. They should check the weather as well before they depart. We came from Texas to see this but didn’t had good experience and spent lots of money with NO refund.

We are deeply sorry for your experience. Antelope Canyon believed that it is not suitable to continue tours under the weather conditions of the day. Considering the safety of tourists, they decided to temporarily close the it for that day. This is a force majeure factor. We didn’t received the notice of closing until the last minute. We are arranging a refund. Again, We are really sorry about the inconvenience.
