This was a great tour for the money. London traffic is crazy so taking the tour was an efficient way to see many sites. Our guide was in person and he was very good, offering historical facts and fun information about London and the surrounding area. Worth the price of the tour.

We enjoyed getting a sense of where major sights were before staring out on our own. We were there during the Jubilee so some streets were closed but our driver did a good job of getting through the route. For that reason it was a bit difficult to hear the commentary as the ear plugs were not in use.

I realize the bus has to go the speed limit but there wasn’t even enough time to take pictures - the tour was very fast. By the time we knew what he was talking about we were already past it. He also inserted a lot of his own personal opinions about things we were looking at which to me was very negative. Maybe with another guide the experience would have been better.

To say that I am disappointed at what transpired is an understatement. My night tour was to start at 8pm. I called and sent a message at 7pm about the original location which had been shut because of a peaceful protest. I was told to wait elsewhere and I did. Another family also was informed the same. They called back again at 7:53 to see if the location was back to the original but they were also instructed to stay. We waited until 8:20 and when I called again I was told I wasn’t in the correct location! This is not fair at all. I also asked the man I spoke to for his supervisors name but he played mute and wouldn’t tell me. He kept putting me on hold even after I said my Phone was low on battery and was going to die. I expect a FULL refund!

Bus never showed and company wouldn’t refund me

We bought our tickets and showed up to the designated meeting spot outlined on the TripAdvisor webpage. The bus never showed. I tried calling the hotline number and they were closed for the evening already. Never got refunded either. Felt like a scam. Can’t recommend.

It was a wonderful way to see London. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I went on Thursday 12/08/2021 @ 8pm and the tour guide and driver were amazing. They made it so social. I went with my 2 children. 8&11 and neither were bored or irritated. We just have a lovely evening. Thank you.

This was the absolute pits. Firstly when we went to the office as instructed to find that our 7pm tour had been cancelled and that we were booked on the 8 pm and they had sent us an email - no they didn’t. As the 8 pm that night didn’t suit us we negotiated to go the following evening. Well, Phil the guide‘s commentary was absolutely boring and spoke of landmarks way before we got anywhere near them, he laughed as his own jokes (I guess someone had too). That fact that he showed unprofessionalism when blowing a raspberry and being derogatory to his country’s government out site the UK Tax Office especially given that all participants were foreigners was appalling. To top it off the tour finish almost 30 minutes early. I must admit this was a bit of a relief as we had already wasted over an hour of our life on this terrible tour.
