Tommy was awesome. He was very informative and great jokes. We enjoyed ourselves and will recommend it.

Mulholland Drive and Beverly Hills were fantastic! Our tour guide was excellent and fun and very knowledgeable.

Got to see everything we wanted to see in a short time. Exactly what we were looking for since we drove from our Vegas vacation.

This trip was shorter that the time stated. We were also a bit bored. Almost fell asleep. Lol. Also so many people offering the same trip for 1/2 the price we paid. Not worth $35!

Looking forward to this Hollywood tour as no one of the six in our group had been to LA before. The tour was ok. - although a little short - The driver hurried to get back before the 90 minutes. What was objectionable to us was the tour guides manner. He spoke like a teenager. Saying Wow man - isn’t that crazy. He did this throughout the tour. Instead of giving us interesting facts, he acted like he was auditioning for a comedy club. Disappointed in Viator. We have taken tours through you before and liked them. I wish I caught this guys name. He was horrible. My husband tipped him. He didn’t deserve a tip. We deserved our money back.

Ryan, our tour-guide was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the sights and kept everyone engaged! You can tell he loves and enjoys what he does! He has the best personality!

The tour itself was quite enjoyable, once we finally left. The.commentary lacked depth, but it was interesting to see the neighborhoods where the rich and famous live. Leaving over 20 minutes late, however, in the hope that more customers might arrive, is totally unacceptable. We were told to arrive by 4:10 for our 4:30 tour, which we did. Check-in took 30 seconds at most. It was then suggested that we spend the remaining time in the souvenir shop (for which we were given a voucher for 10% off). At 4:20, we were told we oould get on the bus. There were 3 couples on the bus by 4:30, when it was due to depart. The driver was ready to leave,, but for the next 20 minutes, the salesman continued to hustle passers-by for more custom. He only gave up when one couple said they were going to get off and demanded their money back. This total disregard for the customers they had in the hope of selling more tickets, tinged our enjoyment of the tour. We would not use this company again.
