I really enjoy myself. Everything was beautiful. The tour bus dropped us off on time . They also picked us up on time as well. The mall was real big. They had a lot of good sales. The food was delicious.

On the page they offer different schedules, I paid for the one at 10.20 and when I got to take the bus the only departure time was at 9.30, in the office there were no staff to request a refund. I lost my money.

The bus ride took 2 hours from the tour Office, due to several Hotel pick ups. We were not informed about the pick ups. The bus was cold. Should have taken Public transportation or an Uber. Cheaper and faster.

Everything was set to hotel pick up until 9pm the night before when I received an email saying it will be no longer possible to pick me up. So I got an uber to get to the agency. Also, it was said that we could choose two options to come back (5pm or 9pm). At the time we were at the bus, they told us that will be only one return at 6pm. I felt bad because I would have choosen the 9pm options.

They forgot to pick us up and they even marked us as a no-show to cover up!!!!! After going through the reviews I noticed that this happens to others as well!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. USE THE OFFICIAL SAWGRASS MILLS TRANSPORT. They are much more reliable

Failed to collect us from our hotel...

Failed to collect us from our hotel Miami Beach Resort. Waited 30 minutes before contacting the operator. Spent 20 plus on a phone call. Shuttle arrived took us to their base on Lincoln Rd. The office informed us we had missed our 10.30 bus I think they had just forgotten to pick us up. After a lengthy discussion they agreed to put us on the 12.00 bus leaving and returning to Lincoln Road. A pretty miserable experience down there with my worst excursions
