    Great end to a great vacation.

    Being in a large group of 9 with wheelchair needs and tons of luggage, it was great to get off the ship and know that we were covered for transportation. We used another service to get to the ship and it cost us more in getting addition Ubers because we were unable to get everyone and everything in. Frank made it a breeze. Would highly recommend this service.

    Had I known I could get a cab for $10.00. I would not have taken this for $70.00 for 2 people. Not there when they said they would be. Why did I make arrangements to get off the ship early to stand and wait for an hour. I would call, all I got was driver will be right there. Wait wait wait. They got lucky my flight got delayed otherwise I would have missed my flight. To much money for too much aggravation. People that got off the ship at 8:30 made it to the airport before me.

    Driver was friendy, little confusing between booking and the driver. On the phone I was told they would do 2 stops for us, one at the airport the other at the hotel 10 mins away, when the driver picked us up and we told him about the 2 stops he said no he couldn't do it. Had to pay a cab fare to get part of our party to the airport.
