We had to cancel our trip because unfortunately we both got covid 19. They told me it has to be 72 hrs in advance for a refund. I think thats unfair that I had to pay for a tour I was unable to attend.

We did not get a call the day before our tour. I did get an email. Went to the tour company for the tour, it was locked. The set time for the tour the doors were still locked. I called the company and apparently our tour guide never showed up. Idk what happened. They did give us the tour we signed up for. The tour guide was amazing. The tour started late and the company really didn’t show remorse for their mistake
