Tour guide cancel their reservation the night before
, Feb 2021
The tour guide canceled our reservation the night before and we we're already in a hotel for the night and could only be in New Orleans that next day. He said he would give us a refund and it would be coming from you people which we have not gotten yet.

Sorry we didn't have space on the plantation tour and we offered the City Tour and other alternative tours to your party could have done but we have put in for a full refund for you
Worthwhile Tour

Learning some history of plantations was nice. The city tour was very informative as well as the tour guide. The tour could have planned a little better. Sitting a hotel lobby that we weren't staying at for 45 minutes was not ideal and boring.
Wonderful experience

The Plantation was amazing to see, the guide was wonderful that drove us up to the Plantation! Told stories on the way there and back. Got to try my first mint juniper. The City Tour was amazing also love seeing and hearing about cemeteries!
Great Tour! Great Guide

Our tour guide was the best! Patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Took two 90 year olds for something different, they had some limitations so this tour worked well for them.

Very good tour and tour guide, Mr. Ray. The plantation tour was very informative and areas of interest were pointed out along the route to Oak Alley.

The history provided by the guides was very informative. Really liked how the New Orleans guide incorporated various musical songs into his narrative.
Took the 9am tour and would say best...

Took the 9am tour and would say best time of day to go to Oak Alley. As it turned out we were the only couple in the SUV to the plantation. Lovely ride took about 1.15 hours to get there. We were returned to our hotel about 12:45 and got picked up in a Mimi bus at 1:20. The tour of the city was comprehensive. The only problem was that there were so many pick 70's, but that is s something that can't be helped.
