Great

I thought the swamp tour was excellent. Captain Ernie was great. The plantation tour was great but not enough time was allotted to see everything. The one negative thing I can say was it took 25 minutes of sitting on the bus while the driver had to collect payment from some people. If she would have done that at the mansion those that had prepaid would have had more time.

Beautiful place. Oak trees are unforgettable. The guided tour of the Big House had so much info. History of the plantation was exciting.

Oak Alley/Bayou

Our bus driver to Oak Alley was informative. The actual tour was short. Our bayou tour was not as expected. There were guests on the tour that “took over the tour” and the captain just ended up having conversations with that group.

Beautiful plantation! I enjoyed learning about the history. I thought the house tour could have been a little better.

We are sorry about your experience. We, at Louisiana Tour Company, only provide the transportation to and from the plantation. We do not own or have any control over what goes on there. However, we will gladly forward the feedback. Thank you!

I’m not sure where to start. Everything was amazing. From the pickup to the comfort of the buses to the tour themselves. I loved the oak alley tour. It was an educational experience. I also loved the swamp tour, especially touching the baby gators and feeding the gators. It was awesome. I would highly recommend!!

Oak Alley Plantation and Swamp Tour
Joe_Andazola

Both tours were wonderful. First, our bus driver, Lamone was really friendly and hospitable. Our tour guide, Anthony, at Oak Alley, was very informative. And our swamp tour guide, Reggie, was really fun, entertaining, and let us all hold a baby alligator. All in all, a very memorable experience. Thank you so much. It was our son’s first trip to New Orleans.

We really enjoyed learning all about Oak Alley plantation and then going to the swamp-we saw 2 alligators and our guide was full of information about the swamp. It was also nice to have our busses coordinated for us rather than booking two separate tours and trying to figure out transportation.
