The shopping day was great but the experience getting on the bus was not. If you are using this company be sure to get there early to pick up your tickets to the bus. Your confirmation on your phone is NOT your ticket. You have to go to the Coach bus lines ticket office in the Port Authority Bus Terminal to pick up your tickets.

The only thing I would say was that it is not communicated that you have to go to window 11 on first floor before going up to level 4 stance 409/410. By not knowing this it meant that we did not make the bus we planned to get. Also if leaving around 5pm it takes nearly two hours to get back due to the traffic. Was only 45 minutes to get there. Shops were great, we hired a locker so we could put our purchases there instead of having to carry them all day.

Fantastic trip to woodbury commons plenty of good bargains to be had. Make sure that when you book tickets off of viator that you go to the main ticket office as coach usa need issue your tickets before you go to get the coach. We found it was best to do this the day before going. Well worth paying to go out of new york centre as you can save yourselves loads, just take a spare suitcase with you. Coupon books can be downloaded from reception on arrival offering extra discounts just make sure that you have mobile data that works in america to use it.

Getting there was no problem although the organisations was chaotic. But getting back we waited for 2 hours for a bus with at least 100 other people. At one point the police was called because every one was pushing to get in the bus . Than we had to wait even longer till enough busses arrived .

If you like rude service providers and a fight book now

Having arrived in plenty of time at the terminal Viator printed pass and phone pass in hand. Waited in line, on getting to the front the driver was extremely rude and shouted “this isn’t one of my tickets you cannot get on” on checking my ticket he directed me to level one and box 11 to get my ticket changed to one his scanner would accept. On doing changing the ticket with the most helpful ticket man, I returned to be greeted with “see I was right by the driver” On getting to the outlet we where advised of the pickup points and told buses run on the hour after midday back to NYC. Having reached the pick up point at 1345hrs I was expecting to see a bus at around 1400hrs. However no bus turned up at 1400hrs or indeed 1500hrs. Waiting in the cold with now enough people to fill 3 buses when the bus turned up at 1545hrs there was a surge of people fighting to get onto the one bus. Not a nice experience

Waste of a day. Didnt find it any cheaper than the uk. Queue's were massive for most of the stores. Paid for the more expensive ticket so we could get back to New York when we wanted to, only to find out that the first bus back was 3.35pm after being told by the driver there was one a 2.30pm. The booklet they give you is just downloaded onto your phone so don't think your getting something extra. Dont waste your time in New York going here.

Brilliant bargains.. some though like Nike is not any cheaper than high streets however if you want an nice bag!! The prices are amazing I got a Dkny bag for £66.00 and saved £98.00 and a coach bag and purse for £158 a saving of £532.00!! So worth going.. north face was cheap to good savings..

I would not recommend this tour. We purchased and never could find the driver for this excursion. We were told after looking for the gray line for about an hour that they were no longer in business. I do not understand why this is still listed as an option to purchase. I’m in the process of trying to request a refund.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not tell you that they have not operated since the start of the pandemic. We asked 5 different people in 5 different areas and they gave us 5 different answers. Instead of telling us that the company was not operating, they seem to enjoy having us run from location to location trying to get On the shuttle! Needless to say, we did not make it to the outlet! If I could have rated them a ZERO that’s what I would have rated them!! Remove this from your site!! I have requested a refund! We shall see!
