Very Disappointing

The guide was not professional. Showed up late at the meeting point. Had more "Fun" telling lame jokes and stories than providing information. When we were offloaded at the Pearl Harbor memorial, tour participants were adrift, not aware that they had to check baggage first, or what to check, where to assemble. The Park officials were much more informative. The E Noa Bus guide first said that tour participants should be at the bus by 2:15 after the walkaround - then changed it to 2:45 - not everyone heard about the change. We wasted time, as we were told there would not be time for the submarine - to go to the "museum" first. We ended up with extra time, waiting for the transfer to the USS Arizona (which was the good part - with another - professional -guide) One is better off doing this Pearl Harbor Memorial tour alone. Take a taxi to the entrance and walk around at your leisure. Entrance is free. We are seasoned, independent travelers, but sometimes a package is better. This one was not.

Dissatisfied

Of course we enjoyed what we could see. But a huge disappointment to not be able to do Arizona!! Also the video was a big disappointment too. Very!!small screen and was very hard to hear. I feel we deserve to be compensated for paying full price for only a small part of displays.

Covid-19 restrictions closed down the indoor theater that we all loved! We hope that you were still able to try and enjoy the powerful film while at Pearl Harbor. The visitors center is a National Park and they try their best to do what they can and honor the soldiers who rest at Pearl Harbor. The US Navy operates the shuttle boat when it is deemed safe to do so. At the time of your tour, the dock was damaged and we all have to pay our respects from the park viewing area. Today (01-06-22) they resumed operation of the boat. If you are still here in Hawaii, we will gladly invite you back to check it out. Reach out to me and I will make it happen. 808-798-2708 -Lawrence

Disability disaster

The bud driver abandoned a disabled veteran in a wheelchair for being slowly wheeled to the bus 2 minutes late. The driver then waved goodbye directly to the vet while driving off, 50 feet away.

Nice Tour

The presenter was obviously new, and still needs a little practice. One tip; when you ask a question answer it in the microphone. Often people in the main bus would answer and he would say that was right. People on the top of the trolley never heard the answer.

Fun tour just need more time!

Our guide, was knowledgeable and funny. Seeing the palace, Capitol and points of interest was great. And not waiting in line for our ticket to the Arizona makes the tour worth it. BUT, you will not be able to see everthing at Pearl Harbor with this tour. We paid $78 to run through the Mississippi. I would recommend having them leave you at Pearl Harbor and finding other transportation back. We will be going back to Pearl Harbor on our own.

Fabulous Honolulu/Pearl Harbor Tour

Our tour guide, Humu, was one of the best guides that we have had in many years of traveling throughout the world. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The content of the itinerary was totally enhanced by his commentary throughout the trip.
