Your ATV tour starts from Rock Springs, a community located in Black Canyon City just north of Phoenix. Check-in with your guide for a safety briefing and training then slip on your helmet, goggles, and gloves before setting off for the Bradshaw Mountains of the Sonoran Desert.

Travel past saguaro cacti and deep canyons carved by flash floods in the vast desert terrain. Ride off-road over rugged washes and cross creeks.

The ride offers scenic views of the Agua Fria River Valley, and includes plenty of stops to learn about the area from your guide. Hear anecdotes about the Native Americans who once farmed the unforgiving landscape; search for coyotes, bobcats, deer, rabbits, quail, and snakes.

Great time

The crew members are really helpful. The trail is easy to ride if you have prior atv or utv experience. The views are great.

Absolutely amazing, the most adrenaline I’ve had in a while. Tyler and Hugh were Amazing tour guides!! Perfect for Beginners.
Awesome experience for the adventure oriented

We had such a great time! We will say that this experience is definitely not for the faint of heart — the trail was challenging. It includes going up and down a small mountain with rocky terrain. I would not recommend it if you’re afraid of some turbulence or not good at adventure stuff in general. But we had an awesome time with our tour guide, Hugh. We’re beginners; he was great at going at our pace and coaching us through the difficult parts of the trail. We were also pleasantly surprised by all of the knowledge he shared about the nature and history of the trail. It was like an adventure tour
Insanely fun

It was a bit more wild than we anticipated. We planned on atving single riderand then when we weren't comfortable we were not pushed to go and were offered the option of going on a 4 person covered atv. Great guides, safety first and beautiful country.

My experience was horrible, they had about 60 ppl on the trail at the same time. A lot of the ppl were very inexperienced so that caused a lot of stopping especially on the HILLS !!!!!! Atv’s went over cliffs, ppl got off bikes on trail…. Just a bad experience for my first trip to Arizona!!

Great ride! Please remind guests to pick up ID and credit card after ride. Maybe Brock did but we missed it.
Needs a better decription in it’s listing.

You must be somewhat adventurous for this tour, especially if you have no prio ATV experience. After you are given your socks and helmets, you are given a short lesson on the working of the ATV and sent onto a practice course. We were there on a cool day, so depsite the attempts of the staff, some of the ATV’s stalled when not moving. Once finished with the practice course, you were taken to the trails and at one point were told that the trail would get more challenging and given a chance to turn around, which many people did. The guides talked about the many injuries on the trail (including a broken arm that morning), which scared people back. Honestly, for those who turned back, it was a waste of money (and no refund). While you are told as you are signing the waivers that there is a chance of injury, the actual reality is not clear until you are already on the trail. I think the description on Viator/Trip Advisor needs to be more up front. Two of our party turned back, and if there was a better description when we signed up, they may never have decided to go in the first place and saved our money. The ones who continued however had a great time, even if one of them fell off the vehicle with minor injury.

The lady I spoke to was very nice and handled the booking well. I think her name was Jeryl. She got us last minute available slots. My kids had a great experience.
