    Not a good experience at Cancun airport

    We were waiting over 45 minutes for the shuttle and kept asking the host where it was. He kept saying five more minutes five more minutes. At that time we have been waiting a long time and Couldn’t find the host. He also said that we were the last Drop off so it would’ve been a 2 Hour ride to the hotel. After a really long day of travel we decided to take a cab. Very frustrating and one of my friends was getting sick

    We had two separate reservations. One never got picked up at the airport and the other one never showed up for return trip. Tried calling and the people seemed confused not knowing what was going on and their response was to cancel pur transportation. Terrible service all around.

    I am currently waiting in the lobby of my hotel for my over 30 minutes. The transportation is LATE after I was specifically told I have to be in the lobby at 4:30 and that we could not have a later pickup time. I will have to take a taxi to the airport. I would like a refund.

    Excellent service. Once we arrived to the airport transportation was already there waiting for us. They did make us wait an additional 45 minutes for other people but over all it was okay.

    Bus and driver were great! No complaints about the drive at all. The major issue was that we never received a pickup time to go back to the airport after multiple emails and phone calls which was quite stressful. Therefore we woke up as early as possible and prayed someone would pick us up. One he got there the trip was great and easy. Seems to be a systems communication issue

    Didn’t agree to a pickup time and was notified the morning before of a time that didn’t work for me. When I arrived had to wait an hour to get a ride and I’m pretty sure I was just passed off to another operator.

    On the confirmation of voucher You should state that we (traveler(s)) Need to Conatact or Call in BOLD Red Letters fir us Older People that Don't Know Hiw to REALLY USE A COMPUTER (there's lots of Us still out there.) I Had lots of trouble,, SO LESSON LEARNED 😅

    Driver was awesome! We stopped for tacos and everything on the way yo the hotel. And it is wayyyyy cheaper than the taxis at the airport who want 75 dollars for 2 people one way.
