Super fun experience!! The cliff jumping in the rainforest was the highlight of the day. The tour guides are all super friendly and encouraging. Only thing to note is that it is a pretty large tour group.

Everything was amazing. This was a first time ever hiking experience and it was worth every dollar spent. Luis was our tour guide for most of our journey from the rainforest to the bio kayaking experience. Having fresh fruit snacks and water and adult beverages for a break was really needed. Although I wish that the bio kayaking experience was better and truly see the glow at night instead of under a tarp, we still enjoyed the experience of night kayaking. The lunch stop was good but the dinner stop could have been better experience. I’m rating this a 5 stars because it was a great adventure and I do recommend it to everyone.

This tour was amazing! Pick up from San Juan, ride to the local fruit stand where we tried the best smoothie ever! After that we went to the Rainforest where did some hiking, jumping off the cliff and ropes. It was very adventurous and a LOT of fun. Kayaking was at the sunset, we went there during the full moon, but we still saw beautiful bio bay. Definitely worth it! Tour guys were awesome, knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommended!!!!

SURREAL EXPERIENCE!!

Late review, but BEYOND worth it!! Our guides - Jami, Luis & Barbara were all amazing, kind & super helpful! :) The hiking, climbing, forest facts, flora & sounds through the rainforest was an experience like none other! I (petite woman) took my 13 yr old son. We came across about 2 waterfall slides & 2 high points to dive from. AMAAAZZZING! But the eating of fruits in the midst of the river was heavenly to say the least! Thereafter, our dinner spot in the country was just as spectacular as well (& well priced)! The 2nd half of the tour was led by a different crew (Bio Bay kayaking). Not as cool as the rainforest crew, but they were very helpful nonetheless. I will say that while the rainforest was quite the workout, the kayaking involves more upper body strength (& teamwork!). Overall, this tour & the guides deserve WAY more than 5 stars; 10 at least! WILL ABSOLUTELY BOOK AGAIN & DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

1. I would recommend this to people who don’t have a lot of time and want to see a part of the rainforest and bio bay easily in one day 2. I do not recommend this to people who like to hike and want to see nature . The hike was not at all strenuous for someone my age and is somewhat in shape. It was less than one mile total!!!! There was a tiny bit of climbing and slippery parts but ... it was less than a mile. We also didn’t go deep, I would not call this a hike. I would call this a swimming trip in the river. When I come back I will explore the forest on my own and do some actual hiking. I would give this part of the journey a 5/10. I would give our guides 10/10, they were great. 3. The bioluminescence was visible under tarps with a full moon and was super cool and I am really glad I got the chance to see it - anyone who expects to see a light show and doesn’t care about the science probably will not enjoy. It was also cool to kayak at night, I really liked this part. Funny thing is THIS part was strenuous! I was in the back so was doing a lot of the work but you have to go against the current and by the time I was back I was seriously tired. Honestly I would give this part an 8/10 would recommend. Guides were also awesome for kayaks/ my group was with the island adventure kayak team

Waiting for a refund for kayaking, since the instructors were so impatient with us, when asked “how many of you done this before & how many of you are first timers to raise your hand,” my partner & I did just that, this was our very first time kayaking, however the rainforest tour, was awesome, definitely worth every penny...!

A true Puerto Rican adventure

Wonderful trip, was able to experience the beauty of El Yunque and a true rainforest adventure, jumping from cliffs and swimming beneath waterfalls. Energetic and friendly tour guides who clearly have love for Puerto Rico. Was absolutely exhausted after finishing the night off with kayaking in the bio bay!

Jamie was great. Funny...

Jamie was great. Funny and knowledgeable about the flora and sites we visited during our tour. Helpful even when I needed a little help to climb up one or various area in our hike and just an amazing energy to be around. I'm a local, but I hadn't experienced El Yunque that way before. Please keep in mind it is a very physical tour, lots of walking, hiking, swimming and paddling. Take into consideration all the tips and pointer before booking. Go ahead and ask questions and take the tour with these great people; support our local tourism.
