Amazing Adventure!
, Nov 2021
This tour was the highlight of our trip! It’s full of adventure and the guides are great at ensuring safety while having fun! We climbed mud walls, cliff jumped—different heights for everyone’s comfort, rope swinging, definitely and active tour.
Memory for life !

The tour was amazing, it was an experience for life time. I never thought I would be able to do the entire tour, the guid “frank” helped me alot with his prep talks to overcome my fear. I will definitely recommend this tour if you’re up for an adventure.
Great time!
, Sep 2021
I went on this hike in July 2021 and truly had a great time! The tour guides were so friendly and helpful and I met some amazing people. They took us through some beautiful sceneries and showed us all the cool spots that El Yunque could offer. However I have to warn you, this trip is not for you if you are not physically fit. It does require a lot of climbing and some level of enduarance. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking my finger while on this trip. One of the jumps is swinging off the rope and jumping into the river. This requires proper upper body mechanics and pull strength to execute it properly. I did not pull myself up properly before letting go of the rope to jump into the river. I broke my left third middle finger and had to go through surgery to fix it. Again this was due to my lack of experience with these kinds of things rather than because of anything speicifc to the tour guides or the tours. It's a fun trip but please be careful and know what you are getting yourself into!

A great-grandma’s adventure!!
, Sep 2021
Most of the other individuals were in their 20’s and 30’s. I’m 67 years old, a mother of six, a grandmother and great-grandma!! Although I try to stay in shape it was definitely a challenge in a couple of spots but the guides offered assistance and I thoroughly enjoyed the day!!

The tour was amazing. Julian and the rest of the guides were friendly, entertaining and very helpful from the moment we started and ended the adventurous tour of El Yunque. I definitely recommend asking for Julian to make this the most memorable experience when visiting this enchanting site.

The crew was very fun, informative, safe, and professional. The whole trip was amazing. I liked learning about the plants and history of el yunque. I don’t know how to swim but i felt very safe with the life vest and the crew watching me. I experienced fun that i only saw on the internet and never thought I’d experience myself. Thank you

Great experience but description prior to the hike was inaccurate. Felix and Christian were great and patient.

A 5 star tour if our group weren't so large
, Aug 2021
I want to rate this 5 start because El Yunque is outstanding and our guides (led by the charismatic Felix) did all they could to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. However, as with any group tour, the more people there are, the slower you will move and the more likely you will run into delays. We were advised that our mini-bus would be full (24 people, THE MAXIMUM group size we would encounter, according to Viator). What we would learn along the way was that we would have to make multiple additional stops to allow for people to essentially caravan with us, bringing our total group size to about 35. When much of the hike and experience requires moving across challenging terrain in single file lines (and ideally an ability to swim), having this many more people in one group led to long delays and waits throughout. In my opinion, this is something Viator needs to sort out with the company (Bespoke), because it was really too many people and we should have probably split into two groups. The features within the park, and the support from the guides, were all top notch. And I must say that our lunch stop was great (albeit at 3:15pm due to all the aforementioned delays). I had low expectations given that tours often get dumped at mediocre food courts. But we stopped in Luquillo, where there were a range of food options that all were pretty decent (price and quality), and Felix gave great recommendations. There was also a beach for anyone who wanted to take in a little more scenery before we finished the drive. So, bottom line, I highly recommend visiting El Yunque with a group, but would seek out a company that caps group size. With all that said, the
