Lost and afraid

The guide left us and my friends were lost in the woods for hours. The man bought his child on the trip and couldn't pay attention to us because he had to monitor his kid.

Worst tour ever!!!

I called and spoke to Sea breeze tours and they told me I would need to contact Viator directly. This "tour" was HORENDOUS! I've traveled all over the world and never experienced anything like this. My name is Amanda Florentino and my friend and I attended a tour on 5/13 for El Yunque Rainforest. First of all the description on the website is NOT accurate. The hike we were guided on was NOT MODERATE! They had us practically rock climbing! please change the description! Here is a list of issues we had on this tour: -Noel was a terrible driver -Noel Gave us little to no historical info about PR or El Yunque -there was no social distancing whatsoever/bus full to capacity - The AC unit kept pouring water on us the entire 2 hour busride so badly that my phone now has water damage. Noel told us "just wait, it will stop leaking in a minute" which it did not -this was a very dangerous hike/terrain and we were given zero explanation, warning or safety protocols -Noel ditched us several times throughout the tour -Noel was witnessed vigorously splashing 2 women that were dry even after they begged him to stop -Another woman complained that her rear end was sore and bruised because Noel pushed her off the cliff when she wasn't prepared - when we arrived at the final leg of our tour Noel warned us that when it became time to leave if we were even so much as 1 minute late we would be left there in the middle of nowhere Noel has zero pride for his country and is an embarrassment to PR. When I read the reviews for this tour it sounded like many people have had similar experiences as us. I'm demanding a full refund to help cover the cost of my damaged phone and the Trauma this experienced caused. I will be emailing Viator as well.

The terrain was much more difficult than the add lead me to believe. We were unable to do the water slide portion because of it.

Amazing!!! MUST DO EXPERIENCE!!

We had the most amazing time on this trip! Noel and Lester were so friendly and hilarious and made sure we got the most out of our experience. The hike is about 45 minutes each way, and in addition to the natural water slide, there are plenty of opportunities for cliff jumping. Be prepared to get very muddy and wet, and make sure you’re not too attached to the shoes you wear.

Super fun, challenging

This excursion was soo much fun! I do admit, the description is a bit misleading. It’s not an easy hike and the amount of mud is kind of insane but I really enjoyed it with my chacos. The natural water slide and jumping off a 45 foot high rock into water was so cool. And the guides were fun and joked around with us. They even gave us a little surprise drink after the hike. Before we got to El Yunque, we stopped at a small shop on the side of the road. They had really good empanadas and mango smoothies. After the hike, the beach was relaxing and beautiful. Would highly recommend but only if you’re willing to get muddy and do some climbing.

The driver named Carlos was very professional with the pick and drop off. Made sure the group was safe at all times. I had blast at Luquillo beach and shop. Other tour guys in the group was excellent as well. Surely to return to Puerto Rico.
