This was a nice trip. We really enjoyed our guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The time allotted for the hike was a decent amount and getting to jump off of the rocks into the water was very refreshing. It was also my first time swinging from a rope into water. We really didn’t spend much time at the beach but that was ok. We were able to sit down and eat a good lunch. Also did a a little shopping. It was a very enjoyable day and would recommend it to friends. We are waiting though for pictures that our guide took with his GoPro. Any help with getting a link to those pictures would be great!!

Noel and Ryan were great at leading us through a lush rainforest to a natural waterpool with fun activities, such as diving off a high rock and a swinging rope, as well as cascading water slide. After that adrenaline-packed adventure, a delightful lunch at Luquillo Beach.

Disappointed

But unfortunately It was not what we expected we were taking to a slide rock made slide and pool. A tour of Luquillo Beach and kioskos, a tour on another surfing beach. Overall it’s not the tour We was expecting when I took the forest tour last year. And according to the other two members they did not pay the price I paid online. We would like a refund.

My Highlight of PR

I have to say this is one of the most memorable trips I've had. To start our pickup was right on time, the driver (Elias) was super friendly and personable. We only had 6 people in total on this tour and it started by going to the south side of El Yunque due to the Northside being closed. The hike started by going to a natural watering hole that was stunning, it took maybe 20minutes to access it with no real hurdles in the way. The locals were jumping off the rocks and were swinging into the water from a rope. Our guide (Edwin) was super fun and knowledgeable pretty much letting us create the experience as we went along. If we wanted to stay and do more of one thing he was all for it. So here is where it gets fun. After the visit to the watering spot we all decided to continue our hike but boy was this a hike, he had us climbing over rocks and going over branches. I never felt more adventurous in my life. Edwin would point out to us native plants as we came across them. Our journey lead us to a beautiful waterfall which we stayed at to cool off in the stream. There was also natural waterslide that you could go down ( I didn't do it since I can't swim). After our adventure in the forest, we drove to Luquillo beach where we went to a local restaurant to grab something to eat. After we walked to the beach which had some of the nicest water I've ever seen, the sand was free from any seaweed and you can see the floor as you step into the water, the whole scenery was truly beautiful. We had added on the kayaking portion which was not included with this tour but considering that we were already with the tour it sounded like a nice addition to end the night. For the bioluminescence kayak tour (located in Fajardo), we rode on tandem kayaks in the darkness which was a fun experience in itself . As far as seeing the water glow as we paddled along, it wasn't very vibrant but I know that depending on the moon and season the luminescence is more prominent. The tour guides made sure everyone knew how to kayak by giving us a lesson at the beginning and strapped us into life vests before we hit the water. Overall everyone we encountered from this company was super friendly and happy. They really made the experience unique and I would happily book another tour with them.
