The sun shining on the mountains and the explanation of the different formations was awesome. Our driver was very knowledgeable. Well worth the experience.
Poor execution results in sub par experience.

The guide had a foreign accent that was difficult to understand. Especially when he was driving at fairly high speeds with open windows that caused excessive air flow noise that overpowered the inadequate sound system. In addition the speed of the vehicle created enough air flow that people were having to hold on to their hats so they wouldn’t blow off or women were trying to keep their hair from blowing all over their heads. The result had most everyone’s arms up to their heads this blocking views of others. As a result of these conditions, it was difficult to hear, difficult to understand and difficult to see. The company needs a better sound system — either speakers over every seat or give all the passengers earphones. Also, instruct driver/guides to drive slower to cut down on air flow problems. It often felt like we were in a race to get the excursion over with. The sights were beautiful — when you could see them but the experience provided was pretty bad.

The tour guide was informative and entertaining! We got closer to the mountains than we expected. An excellent experience, and worth so much more than the price!

Learned a lot about Sedona which helped with planning the rest of our trip while here. I recommend doing the trolley the first part of trip so you can decide where to go and what to do the rest of the week.
Very bumpy and uncomfortable ride couldn't understand driver due to heavy accent

2 people can't sit on one bench, inside person has to hand on to opposite bench or be thrown on floor. Very uncomfortable, bumpy, pictures from inside no good due to windows in way. Waste of money - couldn't understand much of drivers talk due to b=very heavy accent.

The red rock mountains. Snoopy mountain and devils bridge. The restaurants we tried were amazing. Our favorite place for breakfast was The coffeepot cafe.
Good not great

The trolley tour was good not great. The tour guide was very informative and nice but he had a very thick accent. With the open air trolley it was hard to understand everything he was saying.
