Not happy with seats allocation for people booked and paid early

We booked early at upper deck but they gave us the worse seats at the back. People booked and paid early should get the best seats

An incredible experience and a must do in Strahan. Beautiful river, friendly staff, ancient forest, moving and amusing commentary and stories on Sarah Island topped off by delicious lunch. Unforgettable.

Where do I start……… Boat was modern, spotless and extremely comfortable. The crew were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They are quite a humorous bunch. It was lovely that the whole boat was open for you to walk around including the wheelhouse. The captain of the boat was more than happy to have a chat, answering questions freely. Lots of history throughout the tour. The Sarah island tour was great. Make sure you take the guided tour. It was extremely engaging and so interesting. The next stop was a short walk and chat about the plants and trees. Again a very engaging tour. Lots of humour. I really can’t fault this whole experience. Heritage Cruises is truely locally family owned and operated. All food and drink on the boat is locally sourced too. Well done guys! If your thinking about booking a cruise in Strahan…….. do yourself a favour and book the big ‘Red’ boat. You won’t be disappointed!

Hell's Gates and lighthouses. Comfortable seats upstairs. Information presented interestingly on boat and on Satah Is and Gordon River landing. Catered for food allergies with a smile.
