Sara was great from the time we arrived until the time we left. The zipline was great as well. Very adventurous. Learn a lot about the Cenote. Never in a million years I would have thought I would be swimming in the 40 deep water, in a cave with bats. Great overall experience.

all 3 stars are for our tour guide CJ. The atvs were not safe at all two out of 10 people in our group fell off & one had a really bad fall with need of medical attention & none was offered. someone else in our group ATV KEPT BREAKING... our driver made us walk 40 minutes to him... they switched our reservation to 8:45 when we booked 12:45 then they told us it was full. our tour guide CJ was great all around! but the tour... not so much.

Great staff, very fun tour!! And safe they kept the groups small so you didn’t need to interact with too many people. Make sure you bring swimming shoes for the cenotes and a lanyard to carry your phone!! Overall amazing tour!!
